Reiki Healing
Reiki Healing involves the gentle laying on of hands to channel healing energy into the recipient's body. During a session I will guide you through a deeply relaxing experience where you remain fully clothed and comfortably seated or lying down.
I will place my hands on or near various energy centers (chakras) of your body, allowing the healing energy to flow where it is needed most. You may experience sensations of warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation during the session.

Crystal Reiki Healing
Crystal Reiki Healing integrates the use of crystals and gemstones with traditional Reiki techniques. Being i am a certified Reiki practitioner, I will intuitively select crystals based on your individual needs and intentions. These crystals are placed on or around your body during the session to enhance the flow of healing energy.

Reiki Courses
As certified Reiki Teachers, we offer comprehensive Reiki 1 and 2 courses that provide essential knowledge and skills. Our curriculum covers key techniques and encourages a personal connection to this transformative practice. For those looking to advance, we also offer a Reiki master level 3 course to deepen your understanding of the Reiki energy system. Join us on the path to mastery in Reiki.
Children's Yoga And Crystal Courses
At Indigo Fox, we offer enriching wellness experiences for children through our specialized yoga and crystal sessions. Our children's yoga classes incorporate playful movements, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to promote physical activity, mindfulness, and emotional well-being. Through creative storytelling and interactive games, children develop strength, flexibility, focus, and self-awareness in a supportive environment.
Additionally, our children's crystal sessions introduce kids to the fascinating world of crystals, teaching them about different crystals, their properties, and how to use them for healing and balance. Led by Me, a certified Reiki practitioner and instructor, these sessions are educational, fun, and empowering for children of all ages. Animal Reiki Healing
Animal Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and supports overall well-being for pets and animals of all kinds.

Mindfulness Retreat
Experience a delightful retreat nestled in Llandrindod Wells, where we invite participants to join us for their courses. Accommodations are in our cozy bell tents, complete with all essentials including beds, bedding, meals, and soft drinks. Each evening, we gather around a campfire to enjoy a variety of activities such as Reiki drumming, yoga, meditation, sharing stories, and exploring crystals.
